Ten years of product design. The wins, the numbers, the designs that mattered. All right here.

After Workfront's acquisition, I moved onto Adobe.com itself: rebuilding B2B site components that made partners reach resources 365% faster, then designing the resource hub for the Digital Economy Hub, one of Adobe.com's highest-trafficked, most influential pages.
365% faster partner task completionDesigned "IQ," a pre-qualification tool that now generates $350K+ in monthly recurring revenue, and a human-in-the-loop review interface that gave our ADR team 8x the lead-handling capacity. Then the company cut half its staff, including me and my whole team.
$350K+ MRR · 8x capacityGot dropped into the deep end my first week: a homepage nobody could agree on and a brand fighting its own orange color scheme. I ended up owning everything within two clicks of it, nav, resource hub, partner pages, pricing, an ROI calculator. Traffic jumped 240%. Not long after, Adobe acquired us.

$6M in annual revenue unlockedA 50-year-old family entertainment center's site was built entirely of image carousels and had zero mobile support. I mapped every price point a customer could hit, then built a mobile-first, "nightclub for teens" brand system with 96 custom icons on top.

I ask "why" before I ask "what should this look like," but I'd rather show you a working version of an idea than talk about it in a meeting for an hour. A decade into product design, the work I'm proudest of started as a business or research question, not a Figma file.
I've led design at companies from seed-stage startups to teams that got acquired by Adobe, always the same way: understand the goal well enough to argue with it, then build the thing that actually moves it.
